QuackSnark Terms of Use and EULA

These Terms of Use and End User Licence Agreement (“Terms”) govern your download, installation and use of QuackSnark, an Android game developed and published by Pixel Pakka.

1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms apply to the current version of QuackSnark, related updates supplied by Pixel Pakka, and associated legal or support pages. Google Play’s own terms also apply to your use of the Google Play platform.

2. Intended audience and eligibility

QuackSnark is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you should use the game only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

3. Limited licence

Subject to these Terms, Pixel Pakka grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to install and play QuackSnark on compatible devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not transfer ownership.

4. Ownership and intellectual property

Except for properly licensed third-party content, QuackSnark and its code, game design, characters, artwork, logos, interface, animations, text, sound design and other content are owned by or licensed to Pixel Pakka.

You may not, except where law expressly permits, copy, sell, redistribute, extract assets, reverse engineer, remove notices, imply endorsement, or use the game or its assets to create or market a competing product without written permission.

5. Third-party music and attribution

The credited music is used under the applicable Pixabay Content License. The underlying music remains subject to the rights of its creator and the Pixabay licence. You may not extract or redistribute it as a standalone audio file from QuackSnark.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to cheat, tamper with game data, bypass limits, manipulate advertisements, use modified clients or bots, disrupt services, engage in illegal activity, or misrepresent QuackSnark, Pixel Pakka or third-party licensors.

7. Advertisements and rewarded ads

QuackSnark may display banner advertisements and voluntary rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional; rewards are provided only when the advertising SDK reports successful completion. Ad availability and content are not guaranteed, and third-party advertising does not mean Pixel Pakka endorses the advertised product.

QuackSnark currently does not offer real-money in-app purchases, subscriptions or paid digital currency. If paid features are introduced later, applicable terms and disclosures will be updated before release.

8. Local save data

The current version stores progress locally and does not provide a Pixel Pakka cloud account. Progress may be lost after uninstalling, clearing app storage, resetting progress, changing or damaging devices, unsupported modifications, or operating-system failure. Pixel Pakka cannot guarantee recovery of locally stored data.

9. Optional local reminder

QuackSnark may offer an optional local daily notification around 9:00 AM device time. Android may delay or suppress it because of device settings, battery optimisation, force-stop behaviour or permission choices. You can turn the reminder off at any time.

10. Third-party services

QuackSnark may rely on Google Play and Google AdMob. Their services, content and data practices are governed by their own terms and policies. Pixel Pakka does not control third-party service availability, advertising decisions or external content.

11. Updates and availability

Pixel Pakka may update, rebalance, modify, suspend or discontinue features to improve the game, address security or policy requirements, maintain compatibility, or respond to technical and commercial needs. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available permanently or work on every device.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuackSnark is provided “as is” and “as available”. Pixel Pakka does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, permanent ad availability, preservation of local save data, or compatibility with every device or future Android version. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Pakka will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of local progress, third-party service failure or advertising content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

14. Termination

Your licence ends if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using QuackSnark at any time by uninstalling it. Ownership, disclaimer, liability and governing-law provisions survive where appropriate.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Subject to applicable law, courts with jurisdiction in Guwahati, Assam, India will have jurisdiction. You are encouraged to contact Pixel Pakka before formal proceedings.
